PRD-119 — LedgerVault is the first stop. Admin view (CAS-2320): the All branches page an internal CashBook/LedgerVault Admin such as Dhruv or Darryl sees in LedgerVault. 1,440 organisations across four SBA branches, 25 per page. The franchisee journey is franchisee.html.
Flow. Filter by branch, tab and search; tick rows or use Select this page / Select all; press Import to CashBook; confirm (the list is grouped by branch); watch progress; read the per-organisation result. Each organisation becomes a Connected cashbook inside its own branch's Cashbook organisation. Rows with no branch show Branch unknown and cannot be imported until the Admin chooses the branch. The ⋯ menu holds View trial balance, Export CSV, Disconnect from Xero / Reconnect to Xero and Delete.
Faked here. Organisations are generated; two have no branch (Kahu Hair Studio, Moana Seafoods); the third organisation in any import of three or more fails with an expired token; the trial balance is generated per organisation and always balances.
Real on build. The Admin flag on LedgerVault users and the authorisation that lets an Admin read every user's connections; a branch recorded against each connection (how is CAS-2320's call); one ImportCashbookFromLedgerVault job per organisation into the matching Cashbook organisation.
